SHN Games built the app Command of Europe as a Free app on mobile platforms. This SERVICE is provided by SHN Games at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible in the game’s information section unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information to identify you.
Third-party service providers used by the app:
Data Collected by Third-Party Services
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app, including interstitial and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect the following data:
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- Device identifiers (Android Advertising ID, Apple IDFA if authorized)
- App interaction data (ad impressions, clicks, and conversions)
- Diagnostic data (SDK performance and error rates)
This data is collected and processed by Google to deliver and measure advertisements. For more information, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app. Firebase Analytics may collect the following data:
- App Instance ID (a resettable identifier)
- Session data (screen views, session duration, feature usage)
- Device information (model, operating system, app version, language)
- Country or region (derived from IP address)
- App events (such as game starts, settings changes, and feature usage)
- User properties (such as preferred difficulty and game statistics)
We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal contact information through Firebase Analytics. We do not call setUserId() and therefore do not link analytics data to a personal identity.
Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and improve app stability. Crashlytics may collect the following data:
- Crashlytics Installation UUID
- Stack traces and exception messages
- Device model, operating system version, RAM, and disk state
- App foreground and background state
- Diagnostic breadcrumbs (such as the last screen viewed before a crash)
Crash data is not linked to your identity. We do not call setUserIdentifier() and therefore crash reports remain anonymous. Crash data is retained by Firebase for 90 days.
In-App Purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled entirely by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card numbers, or bank account details.
Local Data Storage
The app stores your preferences and game progress locally on your device using standard device storage. This includes settings such as sound volume, graphics preferences, tutorial completion state, and game progression data. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Advertising and Consent
Ad Personalization
The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. In regions where required by law (such as the European Economic Area), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent dialog before serving personalized ads. You may choose to consent or decline. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your data.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS devices, we request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). If you deny this request, your IDFA will not be accessed and ads will not be personalized using cross-app tracking data. You can change this setting at any time in your device’s Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Ad Content
We configure our ad service to filter ad content appropriate for a general audience. We do not serve ads with mature, gambling, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Removing Ads
The app offers an in-app purchase to remove interstitial advertisements. Purchasing this option will stop interstitial ads from being displayed. Rewarded ads, which you choose to watch voluntarily, may still be available.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and to know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data transmitted between the app and third-party services is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
