So i was playing britain and this happened after i had released my puppet,ethiopia. Then i couldn't choose to have a non agression pact of a declaration of war. But there are no buttons to click on, after a few turns declears ethiopia war on me, after that i move my riffel men to the border but i can't attack, but ethiopia can't attack either.
Being abel to attack ethiopia or make peace/puppet ethiopia.
Open the 1930 campaign play as britain, leave the french alliance or/and declear war on ethiopia do everything but attack etjiopia until ypu can puppet ethiopia, then wait a few turns after the italians have made peace with ethiopia. Then unpuppet ethiopia. There is a problem.
