1. Introduction
Welcome to Countryballs at War (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile game Countryballs at War (the “Service”), provided by SHN Games. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use cheats, automation software, bots, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software.
3. Account Registration
Some features require an account through PlayFab or Facebook Login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Facebook Login or PlayFab account linked to Countryballs at War, you can do so in two ways:
- In-Game Settings Menu – Navigate to the Settings menu in the game and select the Delete Account option. This will permanently remove your account and associated data.
- Email Request – Contact us via email with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include your player ID (visible in the game’s settings).

Upon receiving your request or confirming your in-game deletion action:
- We will remove your PlayFab account data, including login information, cloud saves, analytics, and challenge history.
- For Facebook Login, we will unlink your Facebook account from the game.
- Any in-game progress and purchases associated with your account will be permanently lost.
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
5. In-App Purchases and Ads
The Service may offer optional in-app purchases (“IAPs”) and display advertisements, including Admob and Unity Ads.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Prices and content for IAPs may change at any time without notice.
6. User-Generated Content
If you submit any suggestions, feedback, or other content (“User Content”), you grant SHN Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose.
You agree that your User Content will not:
- Violate any law or the rights of any person.
- Contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material.
7. Online Features
The game uses PlayFab services for:
- Login and account management
- Analytics and statistics
- Cloud saving
- News and events
- Weekly challenges
You acknowledge that these services require internet access and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHN Games shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
