  • Added two new playable campaigns: 1943 and 1949, with updated maps, countries, and splash art.
  • Added expanded historical timeline support, including 1933+ era event chains and improved scenario flavor.
  • Added Historical Mode option to enable timeline-based world events.
  • Added cinematic world-event popups (TV/image style), including major WW2-era events and faction changes.
  • Added country power display on country selection, based on campaign starting data.
  • Added campaign quests panel on main menu with rewards.
  • Added challenge unlock progression with newly obtainable countries through campaign milestones.
  • Added 9 new cosmetics (weapons, hats, and outfits) and balanced their stats/prices.

  • Updated progression: standard mode defaults to free play while conquest is premium.
  • Reworked resource balance: gold is the main economy, iron for soldiers, oil for vehicles, and steel for generals.
  • Removed the extra coal resource to keep the economy cleaner, more readable, and easier to manage.
  • Increased single garrison cost to 2 gold instead of 1.
  • Updated generals economy: generals now use steel as their primary resource instead of food.
  • Improved AI behavior to be more consistent, focused, and relation-aware in warfare.
  • Adjusted early-war pacing so countries are less likely to finish wars too quickly before meaningful growth.
  • Campaign music now advances to the next track when the current one finishes.
  • Added better war variety and flow tuning so AI follows less repetitive conflict outcomes.
  • Rebalanced treaties: reduced duration and improved treaty-end flow/notifications.
  • Updated tax economy for better territory income pacing and overall progression feel.
  • Increased multiple training reward values to improve progression pacing.
  • Tuned campaign startup balance by adding/expanding deployment setup support in live campaigns.
  • Added loading tips and broader localization coverage for new content/events.
  • Reduced year length to 3 turns (from 4) for faster pacing.
  • 1939 campaign now starts without an immediate war declaration; it triggers via world event.
  • Countries no longer prioritize border defense against rebels.
  • Rebalanced diplomacy AI so puppet requests and non-aggression pacts are not accepted too easily.
  • Added clearer Steel Mill instructions for inputs and outputs.

Critical:

  • Fixed major save/load corruption where diplomacy, factions, treaties, or soldiers could disappear after loading.
  • Fixed frequent “target is moving” softlock that blocked combat/turn actions.
  • Fixed missing land oil resources issue (only gold/iron spawning previously).
  • Fixed major campaign save reliability issues where manual save sometimes failed.
  • Fixed cases where dead countries respawned incorrectly on capital and became unclickable.
  • Fixed severe turn/combat blockers that could prevent ending turns or initiating valid attacks.
  • Fixed multiple save-state inconsistencies related to factions and treaty restoration.
  • Fixed win screen wasn’t showing on second campaign finished in single session.
  • Fixed cases where AI countries did nothing and could stall the turn indefinitely.

General Fixes:

  • Fixed sound mixer issues where SFX volume did not mute correctly and some sounds were routed to music.
  • Fixed duplicate soldier/rebel spawns on load, including rebels stacking on top of each other.
  • Fixed historical mode toggle behavior so disabled mode no longer triggers historical events.
  • Fixed tutorial flow issues (shop/recruit progress, star points update, auto-enter territory behavior).
  • Fixed standard/conquest mode mismatch between UI selection and actual gameplay mode.
  • Fixed multiple UI state issues in shop/research and inventory deactivate behavior.
  • Fixed campaign-specific startup issues (including inability to start 1943 in affected cases).
  • Fixed post-construction pricing bug where later constructions could become free.
  • Fixed edge cases where loaded campaigns could show incorrect rebel/soldier state.
