v1.2.0 | Countryball: World 1930
⚔️ Countryball: World 1930 – Update 1.2.0
Update 1.2.0 opens a much larger command layer: shape faction politics, recruit persistent generals, explore a new Gauntlet, master countries for lasting rewards, and make choices that can redraw the world.
🌍 Campaigns & Diplomacy
- Found and name your own faction in the Diplomacy Center, then invite allies or remove members as the war changes.
- Weak countries can now offer to surrender as a puppet or send their leader to serve as one of your generals.
- Annex your puppets to absorb their territory, or recruit their leader into your command.
- Generals now have loyalty and personalities, and may demand resources, urge wars, defect, or stage a coup when pushed too far.
- Grant territory to a trusted general to create a loyal puppet state.
- Give and trade equipment with generals, soldiers, and puppets directly from the campaign.
- Choose the course of history as the Weimar Republic, Austria, or one of three sides in the Spanish Civil War.
- Faction leaders now guide alliance-wide peace and treaty decisions, while other countries can invite you into their alliances.
- Fog of war now hides unexplored land and sea until your forces discover them.
- Build and manage territory buildings without leaving the territory panel.
🌟 New Countries & Campaign Goals
- Play as Australia, Ireland, Egypt, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Colombia, Peru, and Mongolia across their supported historical campaigns.
- New countries now occupy their historical territory in the 1930, 1939, 1943, and 1949 campaigns.
- Unlock each new country through its own multi-step quest and claim the reward when the operation is complete.
- New campaigns begin with an objectives screen that tracks your victory goals and progress.
- Unique historical soldiers and headgear have been added for Saudi Arabia, Greece, Finland, and Yugoslavia.
- Campaign selection now uses a clearer card layout and shows your command record for each campaign.
🎖️ High Command & Gauntlet
- Enter the new High Command Gauntlet, a generated node-map operation with limited lives, branching routes, Field Orders, and a final boss.
- Gauntlet battles now unfold round by round, with general roles, skills, equipment, and carried force health shaping each decision.
- Recruit a growing roster of High Command generals, each with a branch, role, rarity, portrait, signature skill, and progression path.
- Collect General Shards to recruit a chosen locked general through Recruit Focus.
- Use Field Manuals to level up general skills, and promote generals with rewards earned during operations.
- Visit Gauntlet shops and Mercenary Camps to buy weapons, powers, soldiers, and supplies during a run.
- Withdraw before defeat to bank part of your loot, or spend gems to continue a lost run.
- Inspect enemy stats and gear before committing to a battle, then review the full result when the run ends.
- Deploy collected High Command generals into new campaigns through Headquarters and choose which equipment joins them.
- A shorter Quick Sortie format offers a faster way to take your command into the field.
⚙️ Progression & Rewards
- Country Mastery now offers complete reward tracks with currencies, flags, hats, profile icons, and premium cosmetics for every country.
- Regional and Ultimate Mastery Passes unlock premium rewards across multiple countries, while collection milestones grant permanent XP bonuses.
- A new seasonal Battle Pass offers free and premium tracks with exclusive cosmetics, weapons, and generals.
- Earn Battle Pass XP from campaign battles, Gauntlet victories, quests, daily rewards, and campaign milestones.
- Coins are now a permanent account currency for rewards, cosmetics, profile icons, quest rerolls, and selected weapons.
- Daily Quests, Weekly Challenges, achievements, and the Daily Rewards calendar now provide claimable Coins, XP, items, vouchers, and Battle Pass XP.
- The new Today hub brings ready rewards, active quests, and Battle Pass progress into one command view.
- Account levels now unlock features gradually and award reward packs at key milestones.
- Existing gem balances are increased to match the rebalanced gem economy and its new, clearer prices.
- Sign in with email, Google, or Apple to back up supported account progression and continue on another device.
🎯 Gameplay & Interface Improvements
- A new interactive tutorial teaches conquest step by step, with shorter guides available when major screens first open.
- AI countries now recover from stalled plans, focus on more meaningful fronts, and behave more gently on Easy and Normal difficulties.
- Tanks deal more damage, armies can act longer before tiring, and iron and oil mines produce more each turn.
- The main menu, Shop, Settings, Collections, Military Academy, Daily Rewards, Daily Quests, and Diplomacy screens have been redesigned for clearer navigation and larger touch targets.
- Collections now tracks country play count, victories, battles, level progress, equipped styles, and upcoming rewards.
- Campaign turns now focus on important events and avoid repeating unchanged map updates.
🐞 Major Bug Fixes
- Fixed diplomacy decisions and attack animations that could stop campaign turns from progressing.
- Fixed campaign saves that could become unreadable, fail to delete, or lose pending Country Mastery progress.
- Fixed restored purchases that could repeat currency, miss content, or remain stuck after a temporary failure.
- Fixed puppet annexation and surrender cases that could leave armies, battles, or newly formed states in an invalid position.
- Fixed vehicle attacks applying damage more than once and large-city sieges spending attack energy twice.
- Fixed enemy armies and garrisons remaining visible beyond your current fog-of-war sight.
- Fixed repeated taps causing countryballs, vehicles, territories, and minigame objects to grow or drift out of place.
- Fixed overlapping text, display cutout issues, unreliable stacked-menu taps, and several reward panels showing the wrong state.
- Fixed the Spanish Civil War split creating partial factions or distributing resources incorrectly after an interrupted event.
