I'm having an issue with an ad: when I press the close button, it doesn't work—the screen freezes, and I have to exit and re-enter the game. It pops up constantly, so I have to keep exiting and restarting the game quite often.
It should close the ad, like any other ad, but that doesn't happen. I’m not against ads in your app; what I object to is that those ads cannot be closed.
Check your ad code and review your errors.
Official responses and status changes appear here as the issue moves.
