Countryball: World 1930 - Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete an Azure PlayFab account linked to Countryball: World 1930, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account in either of the following ways:

Open the in-game Settings menu and select Delete Account
Send an email to contact@shngames.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and include your player ID from the in-game settings

After verification, or after confirmation of the in-game deletion action:

Azure PlayFab account data, including sign-in information, cloud saves, analytics, and challenge history, will be removed
In-game progress and purchases associated with that account will be permanently lost

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
