Countryballs at War - Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete a Facebook Login or PlayFab account linked to Countryballs at War, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account in either of the following ways:

Open the in-game Settings menu and select Delete Account
Send an email to contact@shngames.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and include your player ID from the in-game settings

After verification, or after confirmation of the in-game deletion action:

PlayFab account data, including login information, cloud saves, analytics, and challenge history, will be removed
Facebook Login connections will be unlinked from the game
In-game progress and purchases associated with that account will be permanently lost

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
