1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of SHN Games mobile titles that do not have a dedicated game-specific terms page. If a game has its own dedicated terms page, that specific document takes precedence for that title.

By downloading, installing, or using any covered SHN Games title, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License to Use

SHN Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use cheats, automation software, bots, mods, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Abuse exploits, bugs, or technical workarounds to gain an unfair advantage

3. Accounts and Online Features

Some covered games may include account systems, cloud saves, online events, analytics, leaderboards, news feeds, or other connected services.

If a game uses an account or online profile system:

  • You are responsible for activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate information where required
  • SHN Games may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated

Online features may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or third-party service interruptions.

4. In-App Purchases and Advertising

Covered games may offer optional in-app purchases and may display ads.

  • Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or platform policy
  • Prices, offers, ad settings, and available items may change without notice
  • If a game offers an ad-removal purchase, that applies only to the behavior described inside that specific game

Payment processing is handled by the platform store, not directly by SHN Games.

5. User Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the game for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or disrupt other users where communication or online interaction exists
  • Interfere with servers, infrastructure, or third-party integrations used by the game
  • Attempt to bypass security, moderation, or monetization systems

6. User Feedback and Submitted Content

If you send feedback, bug reports, suggestions, screenshots, gameplay clips, or other submissions to SHN Games, you grant SHN Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that material for product, support, marketing, or improvement purposes.

7. Suspension and Termination

SHN Games may suspend or terminate your access to a covered game, account, or online feature without prior notice if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal, operational, or security risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SHN Games does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHN Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

SHN Games may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of a covered game after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable local consumer law requires otherwise.
