1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Countryball: World 1930, provided by SHN Games. By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License to Use

SHN Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use cheats, automation software, bots, mods, or unauthorized third-party software

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account through PlayFab or Facebook Login. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.

4. Account Deletion

If you want to delete a Facebook Login or PlayFab account linked to Countryball: World 1930, you can:

  • Use the in-game Settings menu and select Delete Account
  • Send an email with the subject Account Deletion Request and include your player ID from the in-game settings

After verification or confirmation of the in-game deletion action:

  • PlayFab account data, including login information, cloud saves, analytics, and challenge history, will be removed
  • Facebook Login connections will be unlinked from the game
  • In-game progress and purchases associated with that account will be permanently lost

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.

5. In-App Purchases and Ads

The game may offer optional in-app purchases and display ads, including AdMob and Unity Ads.

  • Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices and IAP content may change without notice

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit suggestions, feedback, or other content, you grant SHN Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose.

Your content must not:

  • Violate any law or another person's rights
  • Include offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material

7. Online Features

Countryball: World 1930 uses PlayFab services for:

  • Login and account management
  • Analytics and statistics
  • Cloud saving
  • News and events
  • Weekly challenges

These features require internet access and may be unavailable during outages or maintenance.

8. Termination

SHN Games may suspend or terminate your access to the service without prior notice if you violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SHN Games does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHN Games is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
